caldereta, etc…
Yesterday, I cooked caldereta for my family. Somehow, I have found a way to perfect this meal. I am so happy!
I used to love my mom’s caldereta. I always asked her to cook it for us during weekends. Too bad, she was not able to teach me how to cook it. I did not even get the recipe from her. Too bad.
But luckily, I have tried a very good caldereta recipe that I have seen from a recipe book. It was very yummy, and hubby loved it so much.
Around 6 in the evening, we went out to buy some milk for the kids, but we ended up buying so many stuff for the kitchen. Hubby asked me to make some macaroons and chocolate crinkles so he bought the ingredients that I would be using.
I am very happy because my hubby-dubby constantly motivates me in trying different baking recipes. But it is not just in baking. I can see his efforts in inspiring me to try things I have never done before. Even if I mess up sometimes, he still shows his support by telling me that it is okay to fail and that I should never give up till I achieve perfection.
