sauna benefits

To tell you frankly, I still have not gone to saunas. Well, I did not have the chance since I have two babies to take care of. Maybe, when they get a little older, I will have the chance and I will definitely grab it since I have heard a lot of health benefits that you can get from it. I know these are not proven yet, but there is no harm in trying, anyway.

Saunas are believed to provide the following health benefits: a strengthened immune system, improved blood circulation, enhanced detoxification processes, deep skin cleansing and rejuvenation, and tension and stress relief. Hay, I badly need sauna right now! Being a mother, wife and all-around homemaker that I am deprives me of the opportunity to relax, unwind and pamper myself. But do not get me wrong, I believe I am very healthy for I really take care of myself, because I do not have the right to be sick. And I will never allow myself to be down with any disease. I just have so much to do.

Oh, maybe hubby needs this, too! He is always exhausted at work, and I know he needs some time to relax as well.
