As they say, diamonds are every girl’s best friend. If this is true, then I should have it, right?!

Hubby has been asking me what gift I want him to give me for mother’s day. Well, my usual response, SURPRISE ME! I am not the type who asks someone to give a particular thing. It’s a cliche, but it’s really the thought that matters a lot.

Oh well, it’s mother’s day again. I really can’t help but feel the longing whenever this day comes. It would have been nicer to celebrate motherhood with my own mother beside me.. though I know she’s just around watching over us. Every occasion makes me long for her.

I just keep on reminding myself that I have a lot of reasons to celebrate.
